Twilio is a cloud communications platform that uses web service APIs to enable programmable communications including voice and SMS messaging. To use Twilio with your CxEngage tenant, purchase a number through Twilio and create an integration in CxEngage with your Twilio account details.
- Your Twilio voice conference settings must be set to agent conferencing. The basic conferencing results in errors in your CxEngage tenant configuration.
