Lifesize, Inc. recommends using the most recent stable version of Google Chrome™ to provide the best user experience for Agents, Supervisors, and Administrators.

CxEngage does support additional web browsers.

  • Google Chrome™: Use the most recent stable version
  • Mozilla Firefox®: Use the most recent stable version
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Apple Safari®: Mac OS X

There are some browser limitations: 

  • WebRTC is only supported by Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox
  • Silent monitoring and barge in features use webRTC which is only supported on Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox

For any browser, the minimum screen resolution to use with CxEngage is 1280 x 800.

If you use Skylight for Salesforce Lightning, we recommend a minimum screen resolution of 1600 x 900.

  Web Messenger is likely compatible with other and older browsers, but has only been tested internally against these versions.
