Browser Limitations

Web Services are intended for use on desktop versions of web browsers and are not designed for mobile versions or to be used across mobile networks.
- WebRTC and features that use WebRTC, such as silent monitoring and barge in, are supported by Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.
Screen Resolution
For any browser, the minimum screen resolution to use with CxEngage is 1280 x 800.
If you use
