Wrap-Up Time
Agent wrap-up time is a CxEngage setting that tells CxRecord and CxCapture to continue post-interaction recording of the agent's workstation screen activities. This is a specified amount of time added at the end of the interaction and dedicated to recording post-interaction clean-up activities completed after the agent has concluded the interaction.
When a playback with screen capture is performed, be sure to continue watching the screen recording after the audio quits playing to view the agent's post-interaction activities.
