CxEngage User Profile Settings for Screen Recording
You must be a tenant administrator to add or modify CxEngage user accounts. Administrators will add new tenant users in CxEngage first. These new accounts are assigned a role and are then synced to CxQM. Each synced tenant user account will have CxQM feature attributes enabled on the account. When synced, applicable user account information is displayed in the CxQM Administration > Users table.

Setup the User Account > Profile > Workstation ID
If the user is to be screen recorded using CxCapture, the CxEngage user's profile must contain a Workstation ID. If the Workstation ID is not present, the workstation will NOT have its screen activities recorded. The Workstation ID is found in the user's profile in the Details section.
To add a Workstation ID to a profile, go to User Account > Profile > Details.
- Workstation ID: For each user that is to be screen recorded, enter the user's Domain and Username as Domain~Username. For example, where serenova is the Domain and bsmith is the Username, the Workstation ID would be entered as serenova~bsmith.
Notice the format of the input is unique with a "~" and not a "\" between the domain and user name.
