Quick Filtering Screen-Captured Recordings

You must have the default Administrator, Supervisor or Agent role or a custom role that includes the VIEW_PLAYBACK_CALLS permission to filter for audio and screen recording interactions.

Quickly find a recording that has a screen recording by quick filtering the Screen Capture column in the Playback tab.

To filter the data in the Playback tab to display interaction records with screen recordings only:

  1. Go to the Playback tab.
  2. Scroll across the column headers to the Screen Capture (camera icon) column.
  3. Click on the header box.
  4. Click the Quick Filter icon (small funnel) in the Screen Capture column header.
  5. The Screen Capture column Quick Filter has a true/false selection (checkboxes) for:
    • Records with screen captures (camera icon)
    • Records without a screen-captures (no icon)
    • Records with a screen recording or not having a screen recording (! icon).
  6. Click on screen recording (camera icon) checkbox.
  7. Click Filter or close the window.
  8. The Filter funnel icon in the header box of the column will change to a red funnel icon
  9. The Playback tab will refresh with the records of interaction containing the desired filtering.

Clear the Screen Capture Column Quick Filter

  • On the Screen Capture column, click on the Quick Filter funnel icon.
  • Click the Clear button at the bottom of the pop-up window. All filter parameters for the Screen Capture column will clear (become unchecked) while retaining Quick Filter options for other columns.
