Export Widget Panes

You must have the default Administrator role or a custom role that includes the VIEW_RECORDING_DASHBOARD permission to export the Recording Dashboard widget panes.

You must have the default Administrator role or a custom role that includes the VIEW_QUALITY_DASHBOARD permissions to export the Quality Dashboard widget panes.

To export the data of a specific widget pane to a Microsoft© Excel formatted file:

1. In the desired widget pane, select the Export icon in the blue Widget Title Bar then click Microsoft© Excel in the drop-down menu.
2. Enter a new name for the file or use the default name in the Export Widget window.
3. Click OK.
4. The data in the widget pane will be downloaded to a table format in Microsoft© Excel.
5. Use the downloaded data to create your own graphs or tables.
