Global Time Frame Settings

You must have the default Administrator role or a custom role that includes the VIEW_RECORDING_DASHBOARD permission to change time frames on the Recording Dashboard widget panes.

You must have the default Administrator role or a custom role that includes the VIEW_QUALITY_DASHBOARD permissions to change time frames on the Quality Dashboard widget panes.

The Quality Management Dashboard system provides a quick and easy way to change and store certain settings. Any changes made in the global settings bar under the second level tabs will automatically change all Dashboard Widgets.

To change the Time Frame setting across all Widgets:

1. At the top of the page underneath the second set of tabs, select a global time frame from the Time Frame drop-down.
2. All widgets on the page will automatically adjust the data to this selected time frame.
