Activate/Deactivate Evaluation Forms
You must have the default Administrator role or a custom role that includes the following permissions to activate or deactivate an evaluation form:
- Quality > Evaluations > Full Control
- Quality > Evaluation Forms > Full Control
When a form has been created, it must be activated before it can be used. Making a form Active will publish the form and make it available to evaluators for use. When a form is not needed, it can be deactivated and its availability to be used is removed. The form remains untouched, just inactive.
To activate and deactivate an evaluation form:
- Select one Evaluation Form or use the CTRL or SHIFT keys to highlight multiple evaluation forms for activation or deactivation.
- Click the Activate/Deactivate button in the ribbon bar. The following occurs:
- Active: When activated, the Active checkbox for the form(s) in the Active column of the Evaluation Forms Management table will be checked for all highlighted forms.
- Inactive: When deactivated, the Active checkbox for the form(s) in the Active column of the Evaluation Forms Management table will be unchecked for all highlighted forms.
