Activities Grid Display
You must have the default Administrator or Supervisor role or a custom role that includes one or more of the following permissions to use Coaching and E-Learning activities:
- Quality > E-Learning Activities > Full Control
- Quality > E-Learning Activities > View, Modify or Delete
- Quality > Coaching Activities > Full Control
- Quality > Coaching Activities > View, Modify or Delete
The Coaching & E-Learning Activities tab tracks all E-Learning assignments and Coaching Sessions delivered to any user. Supervisors can monitor the status of an activity and get feedback from the user if desired.
The Activities table records and columns contain information for:
Header Name | Description |

User First and Last | The first and last name of the user to whom a Coaching Session or an E-Learning Assignment was sent. |
Name | The title of the E-Learning Content or the Session Name of a Coaching Session. |

Presents the state of the E-Learning assignment or Coaching Session. States include:

Date Created | The date the Coaching Session was created or the E-Learning assignment was assigned. Format is mm/dd/yyyy. |
Due Date | The date the activity must be completed by. Format is mm/dd/yyyy. |
Date Completed | The actual date the activity was completed. Format is mm/dd/yyyy. |
Duration | How long it took the user to complete the activity. |
Score | Will always have a “0”. This feature is under research at this time. |
Originator First and Last | The user’s first and last name who originally created or assigned the activity. |
Comments |
When a Coaching Session or E-Learning assignment has comments attached, a Comments icon is displayed in this column. Double-clicking on the Comments icon for a Coaching Session or E-Learning activity calls up the assignment as a new tab next to the Activities tab. No changes can be made here. |
The Activities table has the following properties:
- View assignment details such as user feedback and confirmations.
- Modify or delete a session or assignment.
- Track the status and duration of a session or assignment.
- Access the session or assignment by clicking on the Comments icon in the Comments column.
- View comments by hovering over the Comments icon to get the tooltip cloud.
- Sorting by selecting the header at the top of each column. The first click will sort ascending, the second click will sort descending, and the third click will return to the default sort.
- Quick filters are available to refine a search. Click on the Filter Icon in the header of each column to select filter parameters for that column.
