E-Learning Materials

E-Learning materials are created and uploaded using the Coaching and E-Learning > Library tab.

E-Learning materials can be any document such as:

• A presentation file
• A video recording file
• An audio recording file
• A text document in .pdf, .txt, .doc or other formats.

The content of the materials can be a company video or an employee handbook. Many e-learning materials will focus on agent skillsets, process and product. There is no limit to the amount of -e-learning materials that can be created and used.
