Delete a Header Field

You must have the default Administrator role or a custom role that includes the following permissions to delete header fields:

• Quality > Evaluations > Full Control
• Quality > Evaluation Forms > Full Control

To delete a Header Field:

1. From the Manage Header Fields window, select or highlight a header field to delete.
2. Click Delete in the mini ribbon bar or click the Delete key on the keyboard.
   1. If the Header Field is used in any saved evaluation form, then “This header field is in use by one or more evaluation forms and cannot be deleted.” error is displayed. Select OK. The Header Field will not be deleted.
   2. If the Header Field is not selected in any saved evaluation form, then the user can delete the Header Field. Click Yes to confirm the deletion and return to the Manage Header Fields window.
