Delete Skillsets

You must have the default Administrator role or a custom role that includes the following permissions to delete skillsets:

To delete a Skillset:

1. From the pop-up window titled Manage Skillsets, select the Skillset desired to delete.
2. Click on the Delete icon in the mini-ribbon bar.
3. If the Skillset has not been used with a question, the Skillset may be deleted. Click Yes to confirm the deletion or No to keep the Skillset.
4. If the Skillset is associated with any question or In Use in an evaluation, an error message will pop-up stating “Skillset is in use and cannot be deleted.” The Skillset cannot be deleted until all evaluations, evaluation forms and assigned questions have been deleted. Click OK.
