Modify Skillsets

You must have the default Administrator role or a custom role that includes the following permissions to modify skillset:

To modify a Skillset:

1. From the pop-up window titled Manage Skillsets, select the Skillset desired to modify.
2. Click on the Modify icon in the mini-ribbon bar.
   1. If the Skillset is associated with any question, the Skillset name will be grey and will not be available for modifications. Select a new color for the Skillset. This will change the color in all previous evaluations. Click OK to save.
   2. If the Skillset has not been used with a question, the Skillset name may be modified as well as the color of the Skillset. Click OK to save.
