Create Header Categories
You must have the default Administrator role or a custom role that includes the following permissions to create new header categories:
- Quality > Evaluations > Full Control
- Quality > Evaluation Forms > Full Control
A custom Header Category can be used in one or more evaluations. To create a new Header Category:
- A new Header Category can be created from any of these two screens:
- Evaluation Form Management window located at Evaluation » Forms » Header Categories
- Create Evaluation Form window located at Evaluation » Forms » New Form icon » Header Categories icon (as well as Copy Form and Modify Form)
- A popup window titled Manage Header Categories appears with a mini-ribbon bar. Click the New Category icon to configure a category.
- Another pop-up window called New Category appears. Enter or copy/paste a name in the Category textbox that is easily recognizable. The text box will accept up to 50 characters.
- Click OK to save. The new header category will be listed in the Manage Header Categories window.
- If the category name already exists in the database, then “Category already exists” error will pop-up. Choose a different name for the category.
- If the category name was left blank, then “Category Name is Required” error will pop-up.
