Print Evaluation Button

You must have the default Administrator or Supervisor role or a custom role that includes the VIEW_PLAYBACK_CALLS and Quality > Evaluations permissions to print an evaluation.

Providing the agent or agent’s manager a printout of the evaluation is an ideal way to provide a take away of the specific improvements and challenges discussed at the meeting.

To print an evaluation:

  1. Select the evaluation desired to print form the Evaluations table.
  2. Click Print Evaluation.
    • The Print Evaluation icon is available in both of these locations:
      1. From the Evaluation > Evaluations window.
      2. From an opened evaluation; whether creating, viewing or modifying that evaluation.
  3. The local computer's Print window pops up.
  4. Make changes to the Destination, Pages to print, number of Copies, Layout or color, as needed.
  5. Click Print
  6. The local computer's print dialog box will pop-up indicating print progress.
  7. Click Close.
