Recent Evaluations Button
You must have the default Administrator or Supervisor role or a custom role that includes the Quality > Evaluations permission to use the Recent Evaluations button.
The Recent Evaluations button fetches and lists the most recent evaluations a user has scored or has access to. This updates the Evaluations window with the latest evaluation records. A user can be assigned unrestricted access to all evaluations despite which user conducted the evaluation or can be restricted. By default, the Evaluations window displays all recent evaluations in chronological order with the most recent evaluation at the top of the list.
The number of recent evaluations listed in the users Evaluations tab window is determined by the No of Evaluations value in the top right corner. The default setting is the most recent 1,000 evaluations and each user can set the value they prefer from 1-10,000.
When searching or filtering interactions in the Evaluations tab window, clicking the Recent Evaluations button in the ribbon bar will also clear all search and filter parameters to return the Evaluation Log to a default state.
Evaluations Window
When CxQM CxEvaluate is enabled, the first window the user views is the Evaluation > Evaluations window, which automatically displays the most current evaluations in chronological order.
When searching or filtering evaluations in the Evaluations window, the window content changes to fit the search or filter criteria. Users may not always see the most recent evaluations listed in the Evaluations tab. Always check the Evaluations window title bar to determine what is being displayed.
Recent Evaluations Button and Window
During a series of searches, the Evaluations tab will display the results of the searches. To see any new, most recent list of interactions that have occurred while searching was in progress, use the Recent Evaluations button.
Clicking the Recent Evaluations button will clear all search and filter parameters and return the Evaluations tab to its default display state while showing the Recent Evaluations window with a chronological list of the most recent evaluation records.
To cancel a Recent Evaluations request, click the Cancel button in the Please Wait window.
