View a Header Field

You must have the default Administrator role or a custom role that includes the following permissions to view header fields:

• Quality > Evaluations > Full Control
• Quality > Evaluation Forms > Full Control

To view how a Header Field is configured without risk of accidentally changing it:

1. From popup window titled Manage Header Fields, select the Header Field desired to view.
2. Click on the View icon in the mini-ribbon bar or double click on a Header field to view it. This will show the name and data validation boxes for this Header Field in grey. Viewing a Header Field allows the user to review the field configuration without making any unwanted modifications.
3. When finished, click Cancel.
