My Engage Dashboard Controls

You must have the default Administrator, Supervisor or Agent role or a custom role that includes these permissions to use the My Engage Dashboard and widget:

• Administration > Enable My Engage
• Administration > Enable My Engage > My Evaluations
• Administration > Enable My Engage > My Coaching
• Administration > Enable My Engage > My E-Learning

My Engage tab space has the following buttons:

• Print button (left-hand side): Use this button to print a copy of My Engage - My Assignments window. Be sure to set the printer for Landscape.
• My View (right-hand side): Contains two buttons.
  • Restore button: Used to restore the window to default settings.
  • Save button: Used to save your settings as the default.

My Engage - My Assignments bar space: Contains two buttons.

• Settings (sprocket) button: Brings up the Widget Options window with two selection menus:
  • Select Widget: Auto-populated with My Engage - My Assignments window.
  • Display Format: When clicked, offers a choice for a visual indicator of assignment status:
    • Pie Graph (Default)
    •  Bar Graph
    • Column Graph
  • The information displayed in the selected pie, bar or column graph will be the number of assignments in these states:
    • Started: Assignment has been started.
    • Not Started: Assignment has not been started yet.
    • Completed: Assignment was started and completed.
    • Incomplete: Assignment is incomplete.
  • Export (down arrow) button: Allows a user to export an assignment.
  • Time span selection: A drop-down menu just below the bar that allows the user to view assignments from as far back as the Last 10 Years up to the Last 12 Hours. Default is the Last 7 Days.
