Organizing Assignments on My Engage

You must have the default Administrator, Supervisor or Agent role or a custom role that includes these permissions to use the My Engage Dashboard and widget:

  • Administration > Enable My Engage
  • Administration > Enable My Engage > My Evaluations
  • Administration > Enable My Engage > My Coaching
  • Administration > Enable My Engage > My E-Learning

Data in the My Engage dashboard can be organized like any other spreadsheet.

Each Coaching Session and E-Learning Assignment is managed by a line or record containing session or assignment metadata, sorted in columns.

Records can be reordered in ascending or descending order and filtered by multiple parameters.

Columns can be moved left or right and can be reordered.
