Audit an Evaluation
You must have the default Administrator or Supervisor role or a custom role that includes the VIEW_AUDIT_TRAIL permission to use the Administration > Audit Trail tab and control buttons.
Supervisors and managers can audit evaluations using the Audit Trail tab and its controls to see audit messages and view selected evaluations.
To audit a call recording, use the following steps:
To audit a Completed or Modified Evaluation, use the following steps:
- Go to Administration » Audit Trail tab.
- Identify the Activity column data type of the evaluation to be audited and double click that row. Activity type choices to audit evaluations are:
- Completed Evaluation
- Modified Evaluation
- The selected evaluation will pop up and open in a new tab under the Administration tab called “View Evaluation of…”. No modifications or changes are allowed.
- Deleted Evaluations cannot be viewed, however, an audit message will be present showing Deleted Evaluation.
- A new audit record will appear in the Audit Trail log identifying your user ID as having viewed the selected evaluation.
- When finished, click Close Evaluation in the Ribbon Bar.
