Define Number of Records (No of Records)

You must have the default Administrator, Supervisor, Agent or a custom role that includes the VIEW_PLAYBACK_CALLS permission to use the Recordings > Playback pagination settings.

The Playback window table always defaults to the most recent 1,000 calls. However, this can be changed by using the No of Records field in the title bar of the Playback window. The No of Records field will take any value from 1 to 10,000. The No of Records can be defined per user. Once changed the number of records defined will be remembered at all following logons for that user if the same browser and PC are used.

To define the number of recordings returned in the Recordings, Recent Interactions or Search Results windows:

  1. On the right-hand side of the Recordings, Recent Interactions or Search Results title bar, enter the number of recordings desired to view in the No of Records field, from 1 to 10,000.
  2. Click Go to refresh the Playback tab with the desired number of records.
  3. The Results value next to the No of Records field will change to a value that is equal to the No of Records setting.
  4. If the value designated in the No of Records field is more than the number of recordings on the recorder, then the Results value will only display a value of all of the recordings available.
