Delete Saved Interaction Folders

You must have the default Administrator, Supervisor or Agent role or a custom role that includes the VIEW_PLAYBACK_CALLS permission to use the Recordings > Playback Saved Interaction folders.

To delete an existing Saved Interactions folder:

1. Go to the Recordings > Playback window, expand the folder pane on the left side of the Playback tab window by clicking on the arrow.
2. Highlight the Saved Interactions folder desired to delete.
3. Click the Delete button at the bottom of the window.
4. In the Delete Folder confirmation window, click Delete.

Only the folder is deleted when a Saved Interactions folder is deleted. No interactions within the folder are deleted.
