Delete Saved Searches Folders

You must have the default Administrator, Supervisor or Agent role or a custom role that includes the VIEW_PLAYBACK_CALLS permission to use the Recordings > Playback > Saved Searches folders.

To delete an existing Saved Searches folder:

1. From the Recordings > Playback window, expand the folder pane on the left side of the Playback window by clicking on the arrow.
2. Highlight the Saved Searches folder desired to delete.
3. Click the Delete button at the bottom of the window.
4. In the Delete Folder confirmation window, click Delete.

Only the search criteria and results are deleted when a Saved Searches folder is deleted. No interactions are deleted.
