Set Items Per Page (items per page)

You must have the default Administrator, Supervisor, Agent or a custom role that includes the VIEW_PLAYBACK_CALLS permission to use the Recordings > Playback pagination settings.

The items per page feature determines how many recording or evaluation record entries will be displayed, per page.

To select how many recording records to display:

1. Go to the Recordings > Playback window.
2. Go to the bottom left-hand corner of the Playback window.
3. Select one of four preset numbers (100, 200, 500, 1000) in the items per page drop-down menu.
4. The Playback window will begin showing the selected number of records per page.
