Quality Options

You must have the default Administrator role or a custom role that includes the VIEW_SETUP permission to view or make any Quality Options settings.

The Quality Options settings are used to enable features such as:

• Creating URLs for evaluations.
• Enable emailing of a notification of a completed evaluation.
• Enable emailing of a coaching session notification to an agent.
• Enable emailing of an e-learning assignment notification to an agent.

1. Make the following settings as needed for the tenant:
   • Enable URL Evaluation (default is unchecked): Assigns each evaluation its own unique web page in order to email the evaluation to any users. Typically sent by a supervisor to an agent that is not a CxQM user.
   • Enable URL Encryption: Default is unchecked. Unavailable at this time.
   • Email completed evaluation notification to agent: Default is unchecked. Enables the feature to email any CxQM user a reminder a notification that there is an evaluation to review.
   • Email coaching notification to agent: Default is unchecked. Enables the feature to email any CxQM user a reminder there is a coaching session to complete on their My Engage page.
   • Email E-learning notification to agent: Default is unchecked. Enables the feature to email any CxQM user a reminder there is an e-learning assignment to complete on their My Engage page.
2. Click Save.
3. After saving the settings, exit the Setup tab.

No other Administration > Setup module configurations are needed.
