Recording Status Indicators
On the Recordings, Recent Interactions and Search Results records grids, the Status column provides a visual status of the audio and/or video files of the recordings.
Status icons and indicator descriptions include:

Audio Recording Unavailable | The audio recording is corrupt (0kb file)and unavailable for playback. | |

Video Recording Unavailable | The video recording is corrupt (0kb file) and unavailable for playback. | |
none | Valid audio recording file, metadata and call record for a recording are available for playback. No screen capture file is associated with the recording. | |

Valid audio and video recording files, metadata and call record for a recording are available for playback. |

Audio Recording Deleted | The user has deleted the Audio file only, leaving the recording's metadata, call record and Video file. Only the video file can be played back. | |

The user has deleted both the audio and video files, leaving only the recording's metadata and call record. Neither audio nor video playback is available. | |
Entire Record or row deleted | none | The user deleted the recording using "All Media". The audio file, video file, call record and all metadata for the recording have been deleted. No playback of any kind can happen. (hard delete) |
