Running Custom Searches for Recordings

You must have the default Administrator, Supervisor or Agent role or a custom role that includes the VIEW_PLAYBACK_CALLS permission to use the Recordings > Playback > Custom Search button.

After all recording search criteria have been set, run the search and observe the results. In some cases, a criteria adjustment may be needed to get the results needed. Continue to make adjustments to the criteria and rerun the search as needed. Always check the results.

When all search criteria have been entered, the user can:

  • Run the search immediately without saving search results.
  • Run and save the search results in the Saved Searches folders.
  • Clear all search criteria and start over.
  • Reset, Clear or Cancel the search task.

  2. At the bottom of the Custom Search Criteria window:
    • Click OK. This will commence the search using the recordings search criteria.
