Set Up Recordings Module

The Recordings module is ALWAYS the first CxQM module seen by a user when accessing CxQM Quality Management. It is shown first because it lists all recent audio and screen captured interaction records.
This module does not have any global or system configurations to be made during CxQM setup. Local user settings on the Recordings > Playback module affect the how lists of interaction records are gathered and shown and can be configured to fit the user's needs.
The Recordings > Playback module provides a grid table with records (horizontal) and columns (vertical). Each recorded interaction gets an interaction record in the table, a line of information about the recording, listed in chronological order. The table is empty at initial logon and during the CxQM configuration. When the system starts interaction recording, the Playback module will begin displaying all interaction records. Users can adjust the Playback module to fit their personal and business needs.
