Show/Hide Inactive CxQM Users

You must have the default Administrator role or a custom role that includes the Administration > User Accounts > View permission to show or hide deactivated user accounts.

Deactivated users are still associated historically in CxRecord; however their status is noted as Inactive. There may be cases to include inactive users in searches. For example, the recordings and records of the user while active are still stored and available even while this user account is inactive.

To view inactive user accounts:

1. Go to the Administration > Users tab.
2. Click Show Inactive.
3. The User Accounts window will update showing all user accounts that are inactive.
4. You may cut and paste the contents of the window for records keeping.
5. Click Hide Inactive.
6. The User Accounts window will update showing all user accounts that are currently active.

A Show Inactive User checkbox is available on the Modify User Account window on the Permissions To tab to give a user playback access to an inactive user's recordings.
