Show Permissions of Group Members

Groups collect users (a type of resource) or dialed numbers (another type of resource) to a named group. Each group has a set of users or dialed numbers. Membership in a group allows users to search for recordings unique to the group. Users must have permission to use the group. The Show Permissions button is used to show the users with permission to use the group.

To view the list of users with permissions to use a group:

  1. From the Groups tab, scroll down the list of groups and click on one to highlight and select it.
  2. Click Show Permissions.
  3. The Users with permission for this group window appears. The columns of the window are:
    4. Header Name Description
    User ID The User ID of the group member
    First Name The user's First Name.
    Last Name The user's Last Name
    Users Roles The user's assigned user role(s)
  4. Scroll down the list to view the users with permission to use the group.
