Sorting Playback Window Columns

You must have the default Administrator, Supervisor or Agent role or a custom role that includes the VIEW_PLAYBACK_CALLS permission to use the Recordings > Playback tabs.

Playback window column content will change depending on what task is being performed. Regardless of window content, columns can be moved or rearranged per user. These moves will stay persistent through subsequent logons.

To resize or move columns across the Playback window:

1. Hover over any portion of the column header desired to move. For example the Start Time heading.
2. Click and drag the column heading to the desired location among other column headers. For example, move the Date column before the Customer Identification column.
3. Release the button on your mouse or track pad to move the column.
4. Column width can also be readjusted by clicking on the divider at the right edge of the column heading until the cursor changes to a set of arrows. Click and drag to the desired width.
5. To return to the Default Playback View set by the Administrator, click on the Playback Options sprocket icon on the right side of the title bar and select the Default button.

Once columns are moved they stay in that position throughout subsequent logons unless the browsing history is cleared.
