View CxQM User Roles
You must have the default Administrator or Supervisor role or a custom role that includes the Administration > User Roles > View permission to view a CxQM User Role.
To view a role without risk of accidentally changing it:
- Access the Administration > User Roles tab. The User Roles table appears.
- Highlight or double-click to select that user role's row of information desired.
- Click View Role.
- The View Role window pops up with all selections grayed out (unavailable), but readable.
- Review the role's settings and permissions, as needed.
- Click Cancel.
