View CxQM User Accounts

You must have the default Administrator or Supervisor role or a custom role that includes the Administration > User Account > View permission to view a CxQM User Account.

To view a user account without risk of accidentally changing it:

  1. Go to the Administration > Users tab.
  2. Identify the user to be viewed by clicking on and highlighting the row.
  3. Click View User.
  4. The View User Account window and the user's settings are shown.
  5. Review the account settings and options, as needed.
  6. Click Cancel.
