View CxQM User Account Features

You must have the default Administrator role or a custom role that includes their permission to view a user account features:

  • Administration > User Accounts > Modify to modify a CxQM User Account

Each user account is assigned one of three default CxEngage user roles. Each role grants the user account permissions to access features and modules of CxQM.

While modifying a user account, the administrator can view the permissions, features and modules that the account has assigned. No modification is allowed.

To view a user account's Features and modules:

  1. Go to the Administration > Users tab.
  2. Identify the user to be modified by double-clicking on it to highlight the row.
  3. Click Modify User.
  4. The Modify User Account window and user's settings (tabs) pops up.
  5. Click View Features.
  6. The user account's assigned role of permissions, features and modules will be shown. No changes can be made.
  7. Click Cancel or another tab to exit.
