Agent Comparison Report

This Table compares the total number of All Calls, the Average Call Length, and the Total Talk Time for each Agent for the Previous 30 days across one recorder.

Some optional modifications that may be desired include:

• Specific Agents: To run the report against specific agents, click on the ACD Agents Tab and add the designated agents to the Selected Resources table.
• A different date range: From the Date Range dropdown box, select one of the following: Current Day, Yesterday, Current & Previous Week, Current & Previous Month, Previous 30 & 90 days, Current & Previous Year or Custom Date Range.
