Average Score by Group Report

This line graph compares the Average Total Score for each Groups of Agents for the Current Year across all (Multiple) Completed evaluations.

Some optional modifications that may be desired include:

• Specific Groups: To run the report against specific groups of agents, click on the Groups Tab and add the designated groups to the Selected Resources table.
• A different date range: From the Date Range drop-down box, select one of the following: Current Day, Yesterday, Current & Previous Week, Current & Previous Month, Previous 30 & 90 days, Current & Previous Year.
