Average Score Per Question Report

This table compares the Average ScorePer Question in an evaluation with its question and group number. Before running this report, an evaluation form will need to be selected. This report was run with All Answer Detail selected.

If this report is run in its default state an error message states “Please select Reported Data”. However, the Per Question selection under the Reported Data menu is greyed out and cannot be selected until an evaluation is chosen in the Select Eval Form dropdown menu.

To run this report, apply these modifications:

1. In the Select Eval Form drop-down box, choose only one evaluation to analyze.
2. Check the Per Question checkbox in the Reported Data section.
3. Click Run.

Some optional modifications that may be desired include:

• Show Answers: Choose Answer Detail if desired:
  • None: Do not show any answer choices in the table.
  • All: Show each selected answer choice below each question with a count of how many times that answer was selected.
  • Errors: Show only the incorrect answers below each question with a count of how many times that answer was selected.
• Score Display:
  • Average %: Score by Percentage points (5%)
  • Average Points: Score by actual points given (5 points)
  • Error Rate: Show the percentage of incorrect answers per question.
• A different date range: From the Date Range drop-down box, select one of the following: Current Day, Yesterday, Current & Previous Week, Current & Previous Month, Previous 30 & 90 days, Current & Previous Year.
