Copy Evaluation Report Settings

You must have the default Administrator or Supervisor role or a custom role that includes the Reports > Evaluation Reports > Full Control permission to copy Evaluation report settings.

To copy an existing Evaluation report's settings:

  1. Go to the Reports > Designs tab.
  2. Select the report by highlighting or double-clicking on a Report Name with a Report Type of Evaluation.
  3. Click the Copy Report button.
  4. The Copy Evaluation Report window appears.
  5. Enter a new report name in the Report Name text box.
  6. Review and modify all of the filter and option tabs as needed.
  7. Click Run to test the report and its results.
  8. Make any corrections to settings or filter and run it again.
  9. Click Save to save the new report.
  10. Click Close when the report and its results are complete.
