Email Recording Report Results

You must have the default Administrator or Supervisor role or a custom role that includes the Reports > Recording Reports > Full Control permission to email recording reports.

To email a recording report to any email address:

  1. On the Report Name tab, click the Email Results icon in the ribbon bar.
  2. The Send Email dialog box will appear.
  3. The Recording Report results are automatically attached as an Adobe PDF document.
  4. Enter the following in the Send Email window:
    1. To box (Required): Enter the address or addresses of the recipients of the report results. CxQM remembers the email addresses entered in the field during log offs and back on.
    2. Subject: This is not a required field, however, not having a subject may send it to a SPAM folder.  
    3. Message box: This is not a required field. It is recommended to include a reply address in the message because the From: address is determined by CxQMin the setup process.
  5. Click Send send the email. Click Cancel to cancel sending the email.
  6. If sent successfully, an “Email has been sent successfully” notification will appear.
  7. Click OK.
