Email Recording Report Results
You must have the default Administrator or Supervisor role or a custom role that includes the Reports > Recording Reports > Full Control permission to email recording reports.
To email a recording report to any email address:
- On the Report Name tab, click the Email Results icon in the ribbon bar.
- The Send Email dialog box will appear.
- The Recording Report results are automatically attached as an Adobe PDF document.
- Enter the following in the Send Email window:
- To box (Required): Enter the address or addresses of the recipients of the report results. CxQM remembers the email addresses entered in the field during log offs and back on.
- Subject: This is not a required field, however, not having a subject may send it to a SPAM folder.
- Message box: This is not a required field. It is recommended to include a reply address in the message because the From: address is determined by CxQMin the setup process.
- Click Send send the email. Click Cancel to cancel sending the email.
- If sent successfully, an “Email has been sent successfully” notification will appear.
- Click OK.
