List Completed Evaluations Report

This report lists the Completed Evaluations for the Current Year across all evaluations. The List Completed Evaluations Report is ideal for distributing to an executive or manager not familiar with CxEngage Quality Management. Before running this report, Reported Data column selections will need to be selected.

To run this report, apply these modifications:

1. Select the data for the first column in the table by clicking on the 1 drop-down menu.
2. Click the Plus (+) button to add another column of data. Continue with as many column choices as desired. This example is adding the following columns:
   • Agent Full Name
   • Evaluation Form
   • Evaluator Full Name
   • # Correct
   • # Incorrect
   • Evaluation Auto Failed
   • Score Total
3. Click Run to process and generate the report.
