Per Question Score by Group Report

This table compares the Average Score Per Question between Groups of Agents for the Current Year in one evaluation. Before running this report, an evaluation form will need to be selected.

If this report is run in its default state an error message states “Please select Reported Data”. However, the Per Question selection under the Reported Data menu is greyed out and cannot be selected until an evaluation is chosen in the Select Eval Form dropdown menu.

1. Choose an evaluation under Select Eval Form to analyze.
2. Check the Per Question checkbox.
3. Choose the desired Score to view: Average %, Average Points or Error Rate.
4. Click Run.

Some optional modifications that may be desired include:

• A different date range: From the Date Range drop-down box, select one of the following: Current Day, Yesterday, Current & Previous Week, Current & Previous Month, Previous 30 & 90 days, Current & Previous Year.
• Show Answers: Choose Answer Detail if desired:
  • None: Do not show any answer choices in the table.
  • All: Show each selected answer choice below each question with a count of how many times that answer was selected.
  • Errors: Show only the incorrect answers below each question with a count of how many times that answer was selected.
