Total Calls by Group Report

This Column Graph compares the total number of All Calls for each Group within the Previous 30 days across one recorder.

Some optional modifications that may be desired include:

• Specific Groups: To run the report against specific Playback or Recorder Groups, click on the Groups Tab and add the designated groups to the Selected Resources table.
• A different date range: From the Date Range drop-down box, select one of the following: Current Day, Yesterday, Current & Previous Week, Current & Previous Month, Previous 30 & 90 days, Current & Previous Yearor Custom Date Range.
• Trending across time: To see improvement in the number of calls received over each week for the previous 30 days, trend by selecting the following:
  • Date Range= Previous 30 Days
  • Trend Type = Weekly
  • Trend Period = # of weeks already passed in the year. An example is 15 weeks
  • Graph Type = Table
  • Click Run.
