Total Talk Time by Group Report

This Bar Graph compares the Total Talk Time on a call for each Groups within the Previous 30 days across one recorder.

Some optional modifications that may be desired include:

• Specific Groups: To run the report against specific Playback or Recorder Groups, click on the Groups Tab and add the designated agents to the Selected Resources table.
• A different date range: From the Date Range drop-down box, select one of the following: Current Day, Yesterday, Current & Previous Week, Current & Previous Month, Previous 30 & 90 days, Current & Previous Yearor Custom Date Range.
