Track Evaluation Changes Report

This is not a built-in report.

Crete a new report to track changes made to evaluation forms. Select the following to create this report:

  1. Select Eval Form: Select Multiple
  2. Primary Series: Select Track Evaluation Changes
  3. Reported Data: Add another column of data (Plus + button) and continue with as many additional column choices as desired, for example:
    • Question Text
    • Changed By
    • Changed Date & Time
    • Old Value
    • New Value
    • Score Total
    • Evaluation Reference
    • Evaluation Form
  4. Click Run.
