Track Evaluation Changes Report
This is not a built-in report.
Crete a new report to track changes made to evaluation forms. Select the following to create this report:
- Select Eval Form: Select Multiple
- Primary Series: Select Track Evaluation Changes
- Reported Data: Add another column of data (Plus + button) and continue with as many additional column choices as desired, for example:
- Question Text
- Changed By
- Changed Date & Time
- Old Value
- New Value
- Score Total
- Evaluation Reference
- Evaluation Form
- Click Run.
