Trend Question Group Scores

This is not a built-in report.

To see improvement in one Question Group Score week over week for the last year, trend one question group on one evaluation by selecting the following to create this report:

1. Select Eval Form: Choose only one evaluation, for example, Agent Evaluation
2. Primary Series: None
3. Date Range: Current Year
4. Trend Type: Weekly
5. Trend Period: # of weeks already passed in the year (Example: 15 weeks)
6. Question Group: One of the question groups in the evaluation, for example Customer Service Skills)
7. Graph Type: Bar Graph, for example Includes Flip X and Y axis selection)
8. Reported Data: Average Question Group Score
9. Click Run.
