Setting Active Versions of Queues

After you create a new queue, the version labeled v1 becomes the active version of the queue. New interactions use the active version when they enter the queue. As you add versions to a queue, you can set any of those versions as the active version.

Set the Active Version of a Queue

To set an active version of a queue using the configuration console:

1. Go to Flows > Queues.
2. Click the name of the queue for which you want to set the active version.
   The queue details panel appears.
3. Select the applicable version from the Active Version list.
4. Click Submit.
