Enabling and Disabling Flows
A flow cannot be deleted once created, but it can be disabled if no longer needed. A disabled flows can be enabled at any time.
To change the status of a flow:
- Go to Flows > Flows
- Click on the flow that you need to enable or disable to open the flow detail panel
- Click on the flow status toggle next to the flow name to change it
The indicator will be green to indicate enabled, and gray when disabled - Click OK on the confirmation message that appears.
- Click Submit.
The Flow Management window will show the new flow status
Multiple flows can be updated to the same status using bulk editing.
