Managing Dashboard Tabs in Historical Reporting

As you organize your dashboard tabs, you may want to rename a tab according to its purpose or remove a tab that is no longer needed. You can also rearrange tabs - for example, to group similar tabs together. You can manage a dashboard tab in the tab's Settings () menu.

Adding Tabs

To add a tab to your dashboard, click the plus sign () next to the last tab on the dashboard.

Rename Tabs

By default, tabs are named New Tab. You can rename them to help with organizing your data.

  1. Next to the existing tab name, click Settings ().
  2. Click Rename.
  3. Enter a tab name.
  4. Press Enter.

Moving Tabs

Click and drag a tab to move it to a different place in the sequence of tabs.

Remove Tabs

If you there is a tab that you added by accident or that you no longer need, you can delete it from your dashboard. Deleting a tab doesn't remove visualizations contained in it from the Visual Gallery.

  1. Click the tab that you want to delete.
  2. Next to the tab name, click Settings ().
  3. Click Remove.
  4. In the confirmation message, click OK.
