SSO Summary
The SSO Summary report displays the number of unique users, identified by Shared Access Code, that used Single Sign On (SSO) to log in to the suite of products or the CxEngage configuration interface during the given date range.

Build the SSO Summary report:
- Go to Reporting > Historical Reporting.
- In the sidebar, click Analysis
- From the Select Data drop-down menu, select the SSO Summary data set.
- Click Ok and the table will load displaying the report data.

This table describes each column in the SSO Summary report:

| Agent Name | Measure |
The number of unique users who logged in using Single Sign On (SSO) for the specified shared access code. For each shared access code, each user is counted only once regardless of how many times they log in. |
