SSO Usage by Tenant
The SSO Usage by Tenant report displays the number of unique users, identified by identity provider on a tenant, that used Single Sign On (SSO) to log in to the CxEngage configuration interface during the given date range. By default, the Single Sign On Use by Tenant report is sorted by tenant and identity provider.

Build the SSO Usage by Tenant report:
- Go to Reporting > Historical Reporting.
- In the sidebar, click Analysis
- From the Select Data drop-down menu, select the SSO Usage by Tenant data set.
- Click Ok and the table will load displaying the report data.

Active | Attribute |
Whether the identity provider is active in CxEngage. If the identity provider is enabled, Active is listed. If the identity provider is disabled, no value is listed. |
Agents | Measure |
The number of unique agents that logged in using Single Sign On (SSO) by tenant for the specified shared access code and identity provider. For each identity provider in the tenant, each agent is counted only once regardless of how many times they log in. |
